We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the nature of topical and personal care products, all sales are final once opened or used. We are unable to accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ryrxsports.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process depending on your financial institution.
RYRX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
